You’ll get advice on the various ways each cut can be cooked and enjoyed, as well as classic sides and modern twists on classic flavours.
At the conclusion of the class, all of the end product is divided up amongst the participants to take home and enjoy with their friends and family. Each guest will also go home with a lamb roast.
