From humble beginnings, Scotty started his career at the family run butcher shop down the road from his place in Bondi. This was a small, local butcher shop that had customers returning as much for the meat as they did to ‘catch up and have a yarn.’
Those early days really shaped him as a butcher, and as a person. Over the next fifteen years Scott would go on to build his repertoire working in a Kosher butchery, an Organic butchery, a large factory, a small goods factory and two big name franchises. The breadth of his skills, knowledge and experience are incredibly unique.
To Scott, The Bondi Butcher is about teaching new skills, making memories and unwinding after a busy week at work.
It is about spending time with family and friends, doing something out of the ordinary.
